Free Website People provides free website design services for small businesses. By submitting an application or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All applications are subject to review. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Submitting an application does not guarantee that we will build your website.
If your application is accepted, we will design and build a website for your business at no upfront cost.
This typically includes a 3–5 page website designed to present your services and generate enquiries.
We aim to complete websites within approximately 72 hours of receiving all required information, although this is not guaranteed.
Once your website has been created, you will be invited to review it.
You are under no obligation to proceed. If you choose not to continue, you may walk away at no cost.
If you choose to proceed, your website can be made live under our hosting and management service for a monthly fee of £24.99.
This includes:
The domain will be registered and managed by us on your behalf to allow us to fully set up and operate your website.
The website build itself is free. The monthly fee only applies if you choose to keep your website live.
Once your website has been created, you will be provided with access to preview your website.
From this point, you will have 7 days to decide whether to activate your website.
During this period:
If you choose not to proceed, you may take no further action and no payment will be required.
If you do not activate your website within 7 days, it may be removed.
To make your website live, you must activate your subscription.
Upon activation:

All payments are billed monthly thereafter at £24.99.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid the next payment being taken.
No refunds are provided for any payments already taken.
Websites created by Free Website People are designed to operate within our managed environment.
As part of this service:
As part of the service, we register and manage your domain on your behalf.
You agree to:
Delays in providing required information may delay your website build.
We will make reasonable revisions to ensure your website reflects your business.
We reserve the right to limit excessive or ongoing revision requests.
We do not guarantee specific results from your website, including traffic, enquiries or search engine rankings.
Your website is provided as a marketing tool and results may vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free Website People shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of business, revenue, profits or data.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update, modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
